About the Role As a Overnight Resident Aid, you will be a key part of the treatment team, providing supervision, support, and safety for clients undergoing detox and residential treatment. assessments Document client behavior and progress (shift notes) Conduct urine and breath alcohol screenings Supervise medication calls as directed Provide transportation to appointments and activities as needed Attend staff meetings, trainings, and support unit operations Recognize behavioral changes or crisis situations and respond appropriately Support clients' participation in community recovery programs (e.g., SMART Recovery, 12-Step) Required Qualifications Must be at least 18 years old High School Diploma or equivalent preferred CPR/First Aid Certified (or willing to obtain upon hire) Clean TB test and health screening Able to pass a criminal background check Valid Driver's License (if transporting clients) Preferred Experience in a Substance Use Disorder (SUD) treatment setting Familiarity with recovery principles and group dynamics Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to work respectfully with diverse populations Why Join Us?
