About the Role We're looking for a compassionate, energetic Group Leader to support adults with disabilities in a community-based program. This role is ideal for someone who values inclusion, empowerment, and meaningful connection. You'll guide participants through daily activities, promote independence, and help create a safe, engaging environment where everyone can thrive Key Responsibilities Lead daily group activities that promote social, emotional, and life‑skills development Provide direct support with daily living tasks Implement individualized support plans and document progress Maintain a clean, safe, and supportive environment in accordance with agency standards Support community outings, and recreational activities Model positive behavior and encourage self‑advocacy Communicate effectively with team members, families, and supervisors Assist with crisis prevention and intervention as needed Uphold all health, safety, and confidentiality policies We offer; up to 3 weeks of PTO Free Dental and Vision for employees Health Insurance•Kaiser•company pays 75% of premiums
