Position Overview:

Support individuals with mental health or behavioral conditions Assist with implementing care or treatment plans Provide direct patient interaction and support Monitor and document patient behavior and progress Work collaboratively with healthcare teams

Job Requirements:

High school diploma or Bachelor s degree in psychology, social work, or related field Relevant experience in a behavioral health or mental health setting Certifications or licensure may be required depending on role (e.g., RBT, counselor license) Strong communication, de-escalation, and patient engagement skills
