Job Requirements:
High school diploma or Bachelor s degree in psychology, social work, or related field Relevant experience in a behavioral health or mental health setting Certifications or licensure may be required depending on role (e.g., RBT, counselor license) Strong communication, de-escalation, and patient engagement skills
