We are passionate about providing quality services that deliver results. Behavior Management Foundation is looking for Case Supervisors that are passionate about making a difference in the lives of families and individuals with developmental disabilities. There are opportunities for advancement and we are seeking Supervisors that want to build a career and grow with us in this field. Services are currently provided in home, and in various community settings using a variety of ABA techniques (i.e., DTT, Natural Environmental Teaching, etc.). Our clinical programs are individualized allowing for attainment of functional skills needed to replace challenging behaviors and maximize an individual's strengths and capabilities.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Demonstrated knowledge of ABA treatment techniques and treatment program designs for children of varying skill levels. Bachelors degree with at least two years in the field. Bi-Lingual is a Plus! Proven people-management skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills Excellent administrative skills.
