Able Academics is a private school serving students from preschool through high school who benefit from Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) in a structured educational environment. Our team of Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs), teachers, and behavior professionals work together to help every student reach their full potential. What You'll Do As a Behavior Assistant, you will: Work one-on-one and in small groups with students under the supervision of a BCBA and classroom staff. Help students develop communication, social, academic, self-help, and daily living skills. Encourage positive behaviors using evidence-based teaching strategies. Assist with implementing individualized behavior support plans. Collect simple data and communicate student progress with your supervising team. Support students during classroom instruction, activities, transitions, and social interactions. Build positive relationships with students, families, and coworkers. Create a fun, engaging, and supportive learning environment where students can thrive.
