Part-Time Behavioral Health Administrative Assistant Collective Living Counseling Services, LLC | Pensacola, FL Collective Living Counseling Services is looking to add a Part-Time Behavioral Health Administrative Assistant to our team! We're a small mental health practice seeking someone with previous medical or behavioral health office experience who is organized, dependable, comfortable communicating with clients and insurance companies, and interested in a flexible position of approximately 9 hours per week to start / 3 days - 3 hour shifts . This role will work closely with our billing / office coordinator while helping keep day-to-day client and administrative needs moving smoothly.
Responsibilities may include:
Client care coordination, scheduling support, and phone calls Managing and following up with client referrals and our waitlist Insurance verification, benefit reviews, and communication with insurance companies Copay collection and basic payment coordination Assisting with billing-related documentation and follow-up as needed Navigating and maintaining information within our Electronic Health Record (EHR) Managing faxes, documents, mail, and general office correspondence Reception and general administrative support Assisting the Clinical Director & Coordinator with day-to-day office needs Light office organization and upkeep as needed Because this is a healthcare setting, previous medical or behavioral health administrative experience is important. We're looking for someone already familiar with HIPAA, professional client communication, insurance verification or insurance-related calls, and preferably experience working within an EHR system. This is a very part-time, in-office position to start and may be especially well suited for someone with healthcare administrative experience looking for a small number of consistent supplemental hours each week. Scheduling can offer some flexibility during normal business hours.
Starting Compensation:
$15.50-$17.00 per hour
