Qualifications:

High School Diploma required Prior experience as a paraprofessional or in a similar support role in a school setting is desirable Strong interpersonal and communication skills Patience, adaptability, and a passion for supporting student growth Ability to collaborate with teachers and staff to foster student learning

Responsibilities:

Provide instructional and behavioral support to students in various classroom settings Assist teachers in the preparation and delivery of lesson plans and activities Work one-on-one or with small groups to reinforce learning concepts Support students with special needs, ensuring their safety and individual learning objectives are met Help maintain a positive and organized classroom environment Participate in team meetings and ongoing professional development
