This full-time onsite role runs from ASAP through May 2027, with hours Monday through Friday from 8:15 a.m. to approximately 3:30 p.m. (30-minute unpaid lunch). Key Qualifications & Required Experience:

Active Illinois Paraprofessional License required Prior experience as a paraprofessional or within a school setting highly valued Comfortable working with students across all grade levels Willingness and ability to provide support with toileting when needed Confidence addressing behavioral needs in a classroom environment Must clear a comprehensive background checkcandidates must have no record or disclosures Reliable commute to the work site is essential

Role Responsibilities:

Deliver direct 1:1 instructional support to students, helping them access educational content and resources Adapt to the classrooms needs by occasionally supporting additional students as needed Assist with behavioral management strategies within the program Provide personal care assistance, including toileting when necessary, with dignity and respect Maintain clear, open communication with teaching staff and administrators to ensure optimal student support Enjoy the stability of a consistent daytime schedule within a supportive school community.
