A rewarding contract position is available for skilled Paraprofessionals passionate about supporting learners with diverse needs. This full-time opportunity runs from ASAP through the end of the current school year, with a structured schedule of Monday through Friday, 8:00am 3:00pm, totaling 32 hours per week. In this role, youll provide essential support to students with Autism and various behavioral needs across a broad age range (3-21). Youll work closely in both classroom aide and individual aide capacities, collaborating with teachers and other staff to ensure students receive the academic and behavioral support necessary for their success.

Key Qualifications:

Must hold a valid PEL (Professional Educator License) or Paraprofessional Certification. Experience as a Paraprofessional in school settings preferred. Comfortable supporting students with Autism and managing diverse behavioral challenges. Adaptability to work with various ages and disabilities. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and teamwork skills. Dependable, patient, and committed to fostering a supportive educational environment.

Primary Responsibilities:

Assist teachers in delivering individualized and small group instruction. Provide 1:1 support as an aide to students with specialized needs. Help implement behavioral intervention strategies under team guidance. Promote positive interactions and skill development among students. Support classroom routines, activities, and organization as needed.
