Job Description
Summary This position will be responsible for providing direct patient care to all developmental populations which includes maintaining milieu/patient safety, providing skill building educational groups, and observing patient behavior/and pertinent documentation. Ability to drive PBH vehicles, transport patients, correspondence, mail, materials, cash, checks, and specimens within the hospital complex. Provides supportive services to promote optimal patient care. Education High School Diploma with some college classes preferred. Licensure/Certification If assigned to drive company vehicle, a valid driver's license is required. If assigned to drive personal vehicle, proof of insurance is required in addition to a valid driver's license. CPR required within 60 days; and NVCI required within 90 days. Experience 1 year in Mental Health Field, will consider other relevant experience. Other Qualifications Must have good verbal and written communication skills. Must be able to lift 50 pounds, assist with 100 pounds.
