Job Duties/Responsibilities:

As a Mental Health Associate, you will play a vital role in supporting patients on their journey toward recovery and wellness. Working alongside a multidisciplinary team, you will provide compassionate care, promote a safe and therapeutic environment, and help patients develop the skills needed to achieve their treatment goals. Monitor patient safety and provide supportive care in a therapeutic behavioral health environment. Assist patients with daily activities, therapeutic groups, and treatment plan interventions. Document patient observations and collaborate with the treatment team to support positive clinical outcomes. This position is available for the following shifts:

• High School diploma or GED required. Some college preferred. Years of experience needed
• No experience required. Direct patient care experience in a behavioral health setting is preferred. Certifications
• Must maintain current CPR certification. Computer skills
• Ability to: gain training through web-based programs; participate in employee surveys; enroll in company benefits. Communication
• Must possess excellent verbal skills in communicating with patients, coworkers and visitors. Team work
• Must be able to actively participate in a treatment team environment. Service Excellence
