This contract, full-time opportunity is seeking multiple Paras/Instructional Assistants who can provide essential support to students and staff in the upcoming academic year. If you have school-based experience and a commitment to fostering a positive, inclusive learning atmosphere, this could be a great fit for you.
Qualifications:
Prior experience working as a Paraprofessional or similar support role in a school setting Availability for full-time hours Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with educators and support diverse student needs Experience managing behavioral needs is highly valued Strong communication and organizational skills Flexibility and dedication to supporting student success
Responsibilities:
Assist teachers in classroom activities and facilitate individual or group support for students Support students with instructional assignments, transitions, and social interactions Help implement behavioral management strategies in collaboration with instructional staff Provide one-on-one assistance to students as needed Foster a positive and respectful learning environment Collaborate with teachers and other school professionals to monitor and document student progress Competitive pay is offered at $20 per hour.
