Job Description

Job Overview Join our dynamic team as an ABA Therapist and make a meaningful difference in the lives of children and individuals with neurodevelopmental disorders. In this role, you will deliver evidence-based Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy, supporting clients with autism spectrum disorders and other developmental disabilities. Your energetic approach and compassionate care will foster positive behavioral change, promote skill development, and enhance quality of life. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to work in home-based, school, or clinical settings, applying your expertise to empower clients toward independence and success. Duties Implement individualized ABA therapy protocols tailored to each client's care plan, focusing on skill acquisition and behavior management. Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), promoting independence in routines such as dressing, grooming, and hygiene. Collect and analyze behavioral data accurately during therapy sessions to monitor progress and inform treatment adjustments. Support clients through direct behavioral therapy sessions, utilizing reinforcement strategies to encourage positive behaviors. Maintain detailed medical documentation, including progress notes, treatment records, and compliance with HIPAA regulations to ensure confidentiality. Communicate effectively with clients' families, caregivers, teachers, and interdisciplinary teams to coordinate care plans and share progress updates. Adhere strictly to the Professional and Ethical Compliance Code for Behavior Analysts while delivering ethical and respectful client care. Qualifications Prior experience working with children or individuals with disabilities, especially those on the autism spectrum or with neurodevelopmental disorders. Knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), behavior management techniques, and implementing ABA therapy protocols. Experience assisting with ADLs and supporting behavioral health in home-based or school environments. Familiarity with data collection methods related to behavioral health and medical documentation standards such as HIPAA. Strong understanding of medical terminology, medical records management, and behavior analysis principles. Excellent communication skills for client interaction, team collaboration, and family engagement. Relevant certifications or training in special education, behavioral therapy, or related fields are preferred but not mandatory; ongoing professional development is encouraged. Pay:
$22.00 - $28.00 per hour
