Schedule:

Sunday-Thursday, 10:30 PM-7:00

AM Hours:

40 hours/week

Contract Key Responsibilities Monitor the program environment and client activities to maintain safety and structure. Observe and supervise clients throughout the shift. Conduct 30-minute client wellness checks and document observations appropriately. Assist with telephone admission screenings and other admission-related activities. Search and document client belongings during admission and discharge, or as directed by the supervisor. Complete required checklists, shift documentation, and records accurately and on time. Support a positive, respectful, and recovery-focused environment. Communicate client concerns or changes in condition to the appropriate staff. Work collaboratively with the behavioral health team. Assist clients with accessing appropriate recovery and support services as assigned. Perform other duties related to the safe and effective operation of the program. Minimum Qualifications High school diploma or GED required. Experience working with a substance use population is preferred . Behavioral health, addiction recovery, residential treatment, inpatient psychiatric, or similar experience is highly desirable. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to maintain professional boundaries and confidentiality. Ability to remain calm and supportive when working with individuals experiencing behavioral health or substance use challenges. Reliable attendance and ability to work independently during overnight hours. Valid Massachusetts Driver's License in good standing preferred. #MED1
