About the
Role:
We are seeking a part time compassionate and dedicated Substance Abuse Group Facilitator to lead evening structured group sessions and provide support to individuals in recovery. The ideal candidate has experience working in substance use or behavioral health settings and demonstrates empathy, professionalism, and strong communication skills.Responsibilities:
- Facilitate group therapy and psychoeducational sessions focused on recovery, relapse prevention, and healthy coping skills.
- Maintain accurate attendance and progress documentation.
- Collaborate with clinical and support staff to coordinate client care.
- Ensure confidentiality and compliance with ethical and professional standards.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a substance abuse or behavioral health environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent required (Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
Schedule & Pay:
evenings Monday- Thursday , 5:30pm
- 9:00 pm $22
- $25 per hour, depending on experience
