What You Will Do:
Meet new individuals to orient them to peer support services. Help individuals develop WRAP or other wellness and recovery plans. Act as part of a team, sharing knowledge and experience with all team members in order to assist individuals served while working collaboratively with colleagues. Complete contact notes in a timely fashion.Who You Are:
High School Diploma or GED required. Valid driver's license and vehicle available for all working hours required. Minimum of six months' experience in human services preferred. Demonstrates a willingness to update professional experience. Maintains job effectiveness under changing conditions. We Hire for HEART!
