11:00 PM - 7:00 AM Additional Shifts May Be Available Upper Bay Counseling & Support Services (UBCSS) is seeking compassionate and dependable Residential Behavioral Assistants to join our Sunrise Residential Rehabilitation Program . This position provides direct support to adults with serious and persistent mental illness in a residential setting and offers a rewarding opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of others. Flexible PRN scheduling Overnight opportunities available Meaningful work supporting individuals in recovery Supportive team-oriented environment Opportunity to gain valuable experience in behavioral health and human services Training provided for agency-specific procedures and documentation What You'll Do Monitor residential homes to ensure safety, cleanliness, and overall well-being of residents Assist residents with developing and maintaining personal hygiene and daily living skills Support meal planning and meal preparation activities Assist with recreational, social, and community-based outings Transport residents to appointments and community activities using agency vehicles Maintain accurate documentation within the electronic health record system Promote a safe, supportive, and recovery-focused living environment Communicate effectively with residents, coworkers, and treatment team members What We're Looking For Minimum of one (1) year of experience in mental health, behavioral health, or human services Associate degree or higher preferred High school diploma or GED with relevant experience will be considered Valid driver's license and good driving record required Strong interpersonal skills and emotional maturity Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to multitask, stay organized, and work effectively under pressure Basic computer skills and comfort using electronic documentation systems Ideal Candidate Dependable and flexible Passionate about helping others achieve recovery goals Able to work independently while remaining a strong team member Comfortable supporting individuals in a residential behavioral health setting Join UBCSS and help create a supportive environment where individuals can build independence, stability, and success in their recovery journey.
