Provide constant observation and personal care for patients requiring one-to-one support Assist with daily living needs: bathing, oral care, mobility, nutrition, and elimination Document patient interactions and observations accurately Identify and report behavioral changes or safety concerns to nursing staff Maintain a hazard-free patient environment and follow safety protocols during transport Support nursing assistants and serve as a preceptor for new team members High School Diploma or equivalent preferred Ability to sit in quiet observation of patient for long periods of time without distraction.
