Key Responsibilities Assist in conducting functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and analyzing client data. Implement behavior intervention plans under the direction of the BCBA. Collect and track data to monitor client progress. Support the training of Behavior Technicians and staff. Collaborate with BCBAs, caregivers, and other team members. Receive ongoing supervision and engage in professional development.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise Education:
Bachelor's degree in ABA, Psychology, or a related field.
Certification:
Active BCaBA certification from the BACB.
Experience:
Preferred experience with ABA and individuals with developmental disabilities.
