Behavioral Support Specialist:

This position offers a starting pay range of $19-$21 per hour, with starting wages determined based on education, relevant experience, and qualifications.

Schedule:

Approximately 35-40 hours per week, Monday-Friday, with hours typically falling between 7:00 a.m. and 3:30 p.m. Full Time Position Benefits also include: Medical - 100% of employee premiums paid by employer. Provide supervision to clients in recreational activities, mealtimes and other various activities in a day program setting and out within the community. Assist in the transportation of clients using OS vehicles and follow agency's transportation policies. Provide quality assistance with all personal cares. Provide and assist clients with medication administration. Facilitate positive interactions of clients with community members at large. Assist in interaction through positive reinforcement, positive programming, engagement and the use of alternative communication strategies. Communicate and work positively with client teams.
