What You'll Bring:

Experience as a Paraprofessional or RBT, particularly with pediatric populations Strong understanding of behavioral interventions and strategies for managing complex needs Ability to follow individualized education plans (IEPs) and collaborate closely with teachers and support staff Patience, adaptability, and excellent communication skills Passion for empowering students and creating inclusive classroom experiences

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver direct 1:1 support to assigned students, assisting with academic, behavioral, and social-emotional goals Implement behavior intervention plans with consistency, tracking and reporting progress Assist classroom teachers in developing engaging activities tailored to student needs Support safe transitions throughout the school day, both in the classroom and during routine activities Maintain documentation and provide feedback to multidisciplinary teams to inform ongoing interventions
