Our healthcare partner is seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse to join their team and provide exceptional patient care in a supportive setting. In this role, you will be an integral part of a dynamic team, caring for patients in a 39-bed unit with a focus on monitoring and managing pacemakers, potassium levels, and more. You will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on patient outcomes while working alongside other healthcare professionals. Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients in a Med Surg unit Monitor patient conditions and report changes to the healthcare team Administer medications and treatments as prescribed Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to create and implement patient care plans Document patient information accurately using the Meditech charting system Float to other Med Surg units within your scope of practice as needed Maintain compliance with all required certifications: BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS Need 2 years experience in setting Apply today and let Capstone Health help you reach your full potential!
