Schedules are generally aligned with organizational and client needs; however, occasional schedule adjustments or Saturdays may be required based on operational or client needs. Requirements Active Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) certification in good standing required Bachelor's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field required Must be eligible to practice in North Carolina Prior ABA clinical experience required Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills Passion for improving outcomes for children with autism and their families Benefits Employees working 30+ hours per week consistently are considered full-time.
