Grace and Mercy Establishment, Inc., originally incorporated in 2011, began with a mission to support survivors of sexual assault through advocacy, education, and empowerment. Our initiatives include The YOUth Culture Club, a therapeutic youth program for children and adolescents ages 5-20, offering individual, family, and group interventions delivered through creative, experiential, and evidence-based methods that foster emotional growth, leadership, and self-expression. Position Summary Grace & Mercy Establishment is seeking passionate and committed Therapists to provide high-quality, trauma-informed clinical services within our youth, family, and outpatient programs. Therapists will deliver a blend of individual, family, and group therapy sessions in a supportive, faith-based, and team-oriented environment focused on healing and empowerment. Applicants must be willing and able to conduct group sessions in addition to individual and family therapy. Key Responsibilities Provide individual, group, and family therapy to children, adolescents, and adults Facilitate two therapeutic groups per day (five days per week) using creative, experiential, and evidence-based approaches Conduct Comprehensive Clinical Assessments (CCAs) — compensated at $70 per assessment Maintain accurate documentation, treatment plans, and progress notes in compliance with Medicaid and agency standards Collaborate with families, schools, and community partners to ensure continuity of care Participate in staff meetings, case reviews, and ongoing professional development Uphold ethical, trauma-informed, and culturally responsive clinical practices Qualifications Licensed or provisionally licensed in

North Carolina:

LCSW, LCMHC, LMFT, LCAS, or Associate (LCSWA, LCMHCA, LMFTA, LCASA) Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage & Family Therapy, Psychology, or a related field Experience working with children, adolescents, and families preferred Strong clinical documentation and communication skills Must be organized, reliable, and able to manage a diverse caseload Commitment to Grace & Mercy Establishment mission and trauma-informed values Compensation and Benefits $58,000 - $70,000 annualized (based on caseload and group facilitation) Hours 10am to 6pm Monday through Friday Flexible scheduling (daytime, after-school, or hybrid options) Supervision hours available for associate-level clinicians Supportive, collaborative, and mission-driven work culture
