Qualifications and Desired Experience:

Prior experience as a paraprofessional or similar support role in a school setting Comfortable working across a variety of grade levels (pre-K through 12) Understanding of strategies to assist students with behavioral needs Compassion and patience in supporting young children, including toileting assistance as needed Excellent communication and collaborative skills Ability to adapt to flexible caseloads and changing school environments

Responsibilities:

Provide academic and behavioral support to students in classrooms and one-on-one Support teachers in implementing lesson plans and behavior intervention strategies Assist with toileting and personal care for younger children as required Foster a supportive, inclusive, and safe classroom environment Monitor student progress and document pertinent information as needed Encourage student participation and engagement through positive reinforcement This full-time position follows a Monday through Friday schedule, totaling 37.5 hours per week.
