What We're Looking For:

Previous experience as a paraprofessional or in a comparable school-based support role Skill and patience in assisting students with mild to moderate behavioral needs Comfort working with both young children and older students Willingness and ability to assist with toileting or personal care as needed for younger children Flexibility in working with various grade levels and adapting to changing caseloads Strong communication and teamwork skills to collaborate with educators, staff, and families
