$75,000 - $85,000 (Depending on experience)

This is an excellent opportunity to join a medium sized, growing ABA provider that truly values quality care, manageable caseloads, flexibility and strong mentorship. Responsibilities; Oversee the implementation of individualized ABA treatment plans to support meaningful learner outcomes. Coach, mentor, and provide ongoing support to RBTs and Behavior Technicians to promote high-quality service delivery. Deliver parent and caregiver training to promote consistency and skill development across settings. Collaborate with BCBAs to develop and refine behavior intervention plans and individualized treatment strategies. Monitor learner progress, clinical outcomes, and treatment effectiveness through ongoing data collection and analysis. Build strong, collaborative relationships with families, BCBAs, and interdisciplinary team members. Contribute to a positive, supportive clinical environment where both learners and team members are empowered to grow and thrive. ​​​​Qualifications Current BCaBA certification in good standing. Previous experience as a practicing BCaBA, ideally supporting children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills. Passion for delivering compassionate, client-centered care.
