About the Job The Board-Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) will provide oversight to our clinic-based Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) in the daily delivery of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) plans of care, as well as work in conjunction with the Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) and other licensed professionals on the Compleat KiDZ team. Requirements Pass a Background Check Holds certification from the BACB as a Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA.) Strong patient assessment, patient management, and documentation skills. At least one year participating in an ABA program with supervision experience of RBTs. The employee is also frequently required to stand, walk, run, use hands to assist patients in standing/sitting; reach with hands and arms; and have the agility to quickly transition from sitting to standing.
