We are currently seeking compassionate, motivated, and patient-focused healthcare professionals to join our team. We are currently hiring for the following positions: 1. Behavioral Health Specialist (1 Position Available) The Behavioral Health Specialist will provide mental health assessments and care coordination services to patients in an outpatient healthcare setting. The ideal candidate is passionate about improving patient outcomes through evidence-based behavioral health care and collaborative treatment planning.

Responsibilities:

Conduct behavioral health assessments and screenings. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans. Coordinate care with medical providers and community resources. Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation. Educate patients and families regarding mental health conditions and treatment options. Assist with crisis intervention and referrals when appropriate.

Qualifications:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Experience in outpatient, primary care, urgent care, or behavioral health settings preferred. New graduates with appropriate licensure are encouraged to apply. 2. Urgent Care Provider (1 Position Available) The Urgent Care Provider will diagnose and treat acute illnesses and injuries in a fast-paced urgent care environment. The provider will work collaboratively with clinical staff to deliver high-quality, efficient patient care.

Responsibilities:

Evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients of all ages. Perform physical examinations and medical assessments. Order and interpret laboratory tests and diagnostic imaging. Prescribe medications and treatment plans. Perform common urgent care procedures, including wound care, laceration repair, splinting, and incision and drainage. Document patient encounters accurately in the EMR. Provide patient education and follow-up recommendations. Coordinate referrals and transfers when a higher level of care is required.

Qualifications:

Licensed Nurse Practitioner (NP), Physician Assistant (PA), in the State of Nevada, or ability to obtain licensure prior to employment. Current DEA registration or ability to obtain. Current BLS certification required; ACLS preferred. Urgent care, emergency medicine, family medicine, or primary care experience preferred but not required.
