Responsibilities Willow Springs Center has openings for full time Resident Mentors. 12 HOUR Shifts available:
DAY SHIFT
7:00AM- 7:30PM

About Us:
We are a dedicated mental health team specializing in play therapy for children ages 6-17. Our mission is to provide compassionate, therapeutic care to children who may be challenging to manage, helping them build coping skills and emotional resilience in a safe, supportive environment.
Position Overview:
We are seeking a caring and patient Mental Health Technician (MHT) to join our pediatric team. This role is ideal for someone passionate about working with children (ages 6-17) and committed to making a positive impact in their lives. You will assist in implementing therapeutic activities, support behavioral interventions, and collaborate with clinicians to create a nurturing space for healing and growth.
Responsibilities:
Engage children in structured play therapy activities under clinical guidance
Support individualized treatment plans and behavioral strategies
Monitor and document patient progress and behaviors
Foster a safe, positive, and therapeutic environment

EDUCATION
High School Diploma or equivalent
EXPERIENCE
Minimum of one year in mental health arena; experience in an inpatient or outpatient psychiatry preferred. EEO Statement
