Full-Time Apartment Maintenance Technician Career Strategies is now hiring! We're seeking a skilled and reliable Maintenance Technician for a full-time position at a well-maintained apartment community in the Cleveland, OH (44110) area.
Job Overview:
As a Maintenance Technician, you'll be responsible for a variety of duties, including make-readies, unit turns, and work order completion.Your tasks may involve:
Electrical and plumbing repairs Appliance diagnostics and repair Carpentry, drywall, and painting General grounds clean-up Snow removal during winter monthsRequirements:
