Morning, Daytime & Weekend Hours Available Weekend shifts available: 10:00 AM-10:00 PM Full-Time & Part-Time Opportunities Inspire Home and Health is seeking an experienced male Enhanced Support Professional to work one-on-one with an adult with autism and intellectual disabilities in the Pottstown, PA area . This is not a traditional caregiving position. We are looking for someone who can build a strong relationship with the individual, provide structure and consistency, and help him become more active and independent in his home and community. Schedule We have significant hours available and can build a schedule around the right candidate. Weekday morning/daytime hours available

Saturday:

PM Sunday:

hours available between 10:00 AM-10:00 PM Candidates can work weekdays, weekends, or a combination Opportunity for consistent weekly hours What You'll Do You will work one-on-one with an adult with autism and intellectual disabilities to: Provide structure, consistency, and positive behavioral support Encourage community involvement and meaningful activities Assist with exercise, recreation, and development of healthy routines Work on independence and daily living skills Support communication and social skills Follow the individual's ISP and behavioral/support strategies Document services and communicate with the Inspire team Help create a consistent routine that allows the individual to be successful at home and in the community Who We're Looking For Because this position provides Enhanced-level services , we are particularly interested in candidates with backgrounds such as: Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Behavioral Health Technician (BHT) Direct Support Professional with significant autism/IDD experience Behavioral health or mental health experience Bachelor's degree in psychology, social work, education, special education, counseling, therapeutic recreation, or a related human-services field Experience supporting individuals with autism and/or intellectual disabilities We are looking for someone who is dependable, patient, active, confident, and comfortable working independently in the community . Pay:
