This position follows an academic school year calendar (10 months with summers off however paid throughout the summer); Optional Extended School Year program in July; Monday-Friday schedule; Weekends and Holidays Off Job Summary This position participates in the development and implementation of the treatment and behavior support plans which provide support for skill building in educational, community, and home settings. Minimum Qualifications Education Bachelor's degree in psychology, social work, or counseling preferred . Any degree with a minimum of 15 credits in mental health coursework will be considered. Experience 1 year of experience with children/adolescents in a clinical setting strongly preferred . Licenses, Certifications & Clearances

• Contributing to the development and revision of the treatment plan or the behavioral plan, including developing IEP goals and objectives as appropriate, under the guidance of the mental health therapists and in collaboration with education teachers.
• Ensuring the implementation of therapeutic interventions as guided by the treatment plan in the classroom milieu or the behavioral plan in the classroom environment, home and community as appropriate.
• Assisting in providing therapeutic group interventions under the direction of the mental health therapist.
• Completing documentation of treatment progress, including daily notes, progress monitoring, grading, student assignments, monitoring testing and behaviors and interventions, etc.
• Assisting the team in the completion of behavior intervention plans and individualized crisis management plans.
