Duties and Responsibilities:
As a Mental Health Worker , you play a crucial role in providing measurement-based trauma-informed treatment to youth served by Adelphoi Education. The Mental Health Worker will provide counsel, assistance, and behavioral interventions to youth placed in the Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP). In collaboration with the administration and the program staff team, the Mental Health Worker will establish and maintain an effective learning climate; implement and monitor behavior interventions, and provide assistance with the daily operations and child management of youth. All duties will be carried out per applicable Federal, State, Local, insurance, and organization policies and procedures, contributing to the mission and vision of Adelphoi Education.
Requirements:
Associates Degree required in education, psychology, social work, and/or other related field. Experience in counseling dependent, delinquent, or at-risk youth preferred.
