We're a small, family-run home, co-owned and operated by a brother-and-sister team, built around one idea: every resident deserves their highest and best life. Position Summary The Behaviorist is responsible for assessing residents' behavioral support needs, designing and implementing individualized behavior support plans, and directly supervising and training our Registered Behavior Technician(s). You'll bring the clinical expertise — assessment, treatment planning, hands-on supervision. Schedule This is not a full-time role — roughly 10 hours a month on an ongoing basis. Expect more hours up front when a new resident joins and needs an initial assessment and behavior support plan — we have residents who need a plan started right away. Evenings and weekends tend to be the best fit, since that's when residents are home and out in the community, but the schedule is genuinely flexible and negotiable; we're open to day hours too and can work around your availability, as long as the hours and coverage get met. We're also growing, with more homes coming online within the next year, so there's real room for this role to grow with us. Qualifications

• Active BCBA (Board Certified Behavior Analyst) certification through the BACB, in good standing
• Completion of the BACB's RBT Supervisor Training (or willingness to complete it before providing supervision)
• Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Special Education, or a related field
• Ability to pass DOJ/FBI background clearance
• Experience in residential or group home settings preferred
• Comfortable working collaboratively with direct care staff and family/support teams Responsibilities
• Conduct functional behavior assessments for residents as needed
• Design, implement, and revise individualized behavior support plans
