POSITION SUMMARY

The BCaBA provides behavior-analytic services under the supervision of a qualified BCBA. This role supports assessment, treatment planning, RBT supervision, caregiver training, data analysis, and measurable client progress.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Assist with initial and ongoing assessments, including FBA, VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R, and other appropriate assessments Assist with developing individualized treatment plans and behavior intervention plans (BIPs) Analyze data and recommend programming adjustments in collaboration with the supervising BCBA Provide supervision, training, and mentorship to RBTs as permitted Conduct caregiver training to promote skill generalization Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation Support insurance authorizations and reauthorizations Participate in ongoing BCBA supervision Ensure compliance with the BACB Ethics Code and Illinois state regulations

QUALIFICATIONS

Active BCaBA certification in good standing Illinois Licensed Assistant Behavior Analyst (LABA) or eligibility to obtain Bachelor's degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or a related field Experience working with individuals with autism or developmental disabilities Strong written and verbal communication skills Commitment to ethical, child-centered care

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

1+ years of BCaBA experience Clinic-based ABA experience Experience supervising or mentoring RBTs Experience with insurance-funded services Bilingual in Spanish and English is a plus Interest in pursuing BCBA certification
