  • We work with you to build a schedule and caseload around your availability and desired hours. Hourly & Salaried Options Hourly positions: $40/hour Salaried positions: $46,000

What You'll Do Working under BCBA supervision and within the BCaBA scope of practice, responsibilities may include: Assisting with implementation and monitoring of individualized ABA treatment plans Providing supervision and clinical support to BTs/RBTs as permitted Monitoring client data and progress Supporting skill-acquisition and behavior-reduction programming Providing caregiver training and support as appropriate Collaborating closely with supervising BCBAs, families, and treatment team members Maintaining accurate and timely clinical documentation Participating in ongoing clinical training and professional development What We're Looking For Current BCaBA certification Ability to meet applicable Texas and payer requirements Strong communication and interpersonal skills Commitment to ethical, compassionate, and high-quality ABA services Ability to provide services within the DFW area Someone who is eager to learn, grow, collaborate, and make a meaningful impact Grow With a Team That Supports You We believe BCaBAs deserve meaningful clinical opportunities, excellent mentorship, and room to grow.
