The Opportunity Full-time, salaried position: $80,000-$85,000/year , based on experience Manageable caseload of 10 clients , enough to make a real impact, without stretching you thin Hybrid role , flexibility to supervise both in-person and remotely for after-school, in-home cases Open to candidates nationwide! North Carolina residency is no longer required Out-of-state clinicians travel to North Carolina once a month for a 5-day on-site stretch . We cover flights, hotel, and rental car , so you can focus on the work, not the logistics Coverage across North Carolina Work with a team that treats family involvement as central to treatment, not an afterthought We're hiring now , this is a fast-moving opportunity for the right clinician What You'll Do Design and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans for children with autism and developmental needs Provide hybrid supervision for in-home RBT sessions Manage a focused caseload of 10 clients with the time and attention they deserve Actively engage caregivers as partners in the treatment process Collaborate with schools, providers, and community organizations to extend progress beyond the therapy session Receive ongoing mentorship and clinical guidance from our Clinical Director Track meaningful, real-world outcomes, not just hours and checkboxes What We're Looking For Active BCaBA certification and North Carolina LBA (required) Comfortable providing hybrid (in-person + remote) supervision Willingness to travel to North Carolina monthly for a 5-day in-person stretch (travel expenses covered) Passion for family-centered, community-connected care Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset Valid driver's license for in-person visits across North Carolina Our Mission Uniting families, communities, and ABA therapy to help every child grow toward meaningful independence.
