With a 35-hour workweek (excluding a daily 30-minute lunch), youll have the chance to form strong, consistent bonds with students and staff. While most openings are in elementary settings, caseload assignments will be determined following your interview, ensuring an ideal match between your strengths and student needs.

Qualifications & Experience Sought:

At least one year of experience providing behavioral support in school or academic environments High School Diploma or GED required Successful completion of a RIDE-approved Teacher Assistant Training Program (unless completed higher education) In addition, one of the following: Passing ParaPathways Assessment scores (332+ Reading/Writing and 334+ Math) At least 48 college credits from an accredited institution Associates degree or higher Prefer candidates with completed National BCI for more immediate onboarding
