Key Qualifications & Desired Experience:

TX Educational Aide Certificate (required for all locations) Prior experience working as a paraprofessional, life skills aide, or behavior technician in school settings Comfort and capability assisting with behavioral support and personal care, including toileting Ability to foster supportive, respectful relationships with students, staff, and families Commitment to maintaining a safe, positive, and engaging classroom environment

Primary Responsibilities:

Provide direct assistance and support to students with a range of needs, focusing on life skills development Assist students with personal care routines as needed, ensuring dignity and respect Collaborate closely with teachers, school staff, and other aides to deliver individualized learning plans and behavioral supports Foster a nurturing and structured environment that encourages student growth and independence Document and report progress, incidents, and daily activities as directed This full-time opportunity runs through the end of the 26-27 school year.
