Multiple positions are available for Life Skills Aides at both a high school and a middle school setting. Opportunities exist for experienced Paraprofessionals and candidates with backgrounds as Behavior Technicians who possess a Texas Educational Aide Certificate. Youll collaborate with educators and support staff, empowering students with intellectual and developmental disabilities to achieve their goals in an inclusive and supportive setting.

Key Qualifications:

Valid Texas Educational Aide Certificate required Demonstrated experience in supporting students with diverse behavioral and personal care needs, including toileting Comfortable working in classroom settings that require positive behavioral supports Strong communication, empathy, and teamwork skills Flexibility to adapt to dynamic classroom scenarios

Primary Responsibilities:
