Engage in behavior management techniques to promote calmness and cooperation among child with cognitive disabilities. Skills Prior experience with individuals with autism Understanding of autism, and developmental disabilities Ability to operate standard passenger cars for community outings. Experience working with individuals with disabilities or cognitive impairments in home or community settings preferred
