Program Position Summary The CSAC is responsible for supporting the day-to-day coordination and operations of the Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP). This position works closely with clients, families, clinical staff, medical providers, and administrative teams to ensure that services are delivered safely, efficiently, and in accordance with program standards. Key Responsibilities Coordinate daily operations and activities of the PHP program. Support client admissions, transitions, scheduling, and discharge processes. Maintain accurate and timely client records, documentation, and program reports. Communicate regularly with clients, families, treatment providers, and referral sources. Coordinate appointments, transportation, treatment schedules, and other program-related needs as appropriate. Collaborate with therapists, case managers, medical staff, and other members of the treatment team. Monitor client participation and communicate relevant concerns to appropriate clinical staff. Assist with maintaining a safe, structured, and supportive therapeutic environment. Participate in team meetings, case reviews, and program planning. Help ensure compliance with organizational policies, applicable regulations, and PHP program requirements. Assist with crisis response and escalation of clinical or safety concerns according to established protocols. Support quality-improvement initiatives and identify opportunities to improve program operations. Maintain confidentiality and protect client information in accordance with HIPAA and organizational policies. Perform other duties as assigned to support the effective operation of the PHP. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor's degree in behavioral health, social services, healthcare administration, or a related field preferred. Previous experience in behavioral health, mental health, healthcare, or a PHP/IOP setting preferred. Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively with clients experiencing behavioral health challenges. Ability to maintain professional boundaries and confidentiality. Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities. Knowledge of HIPAA and behavioral health documentation requirements preferred. Ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
