We are looking for a caring, dependable, and motivated QMHP to join our team and provide Mental Health Skill-Building and Community Stabilization Services to individuals in their homes and communities. What You'll Do You will work one-on-one with individuals to help them: Develop healthy coping and symptom-management skills Build confidence and independence Improve daily living skills Strengthen communication and relationships Work toward individualized goals Connect with community resources Manage challenges and maintain stability Recognize their strengths and celebrate their progress You will also collaborate with families, treatment providers, and community partners to ensure individuals receive consistent and supportive care.
