Desired Qualifications:

Experience as a paraprofessional or in a supportive educational role Familiarity with classroom management and positive behavior supports Ability to work one-on-one or in small groups under teacher direction Effective communication skills and professionalism Adaptability with students of varying age groups, K-8 Patience, enthusiasm, and a genuine desire to help children succeed Reliable and punctual

Key Responsibilities:
