What You'll Do:

Provide behavior-analytic services under the supervision of a Licensed Behavior Analyst Assist with behavioral assessments, data collection, and treatment planning Implement, monitor, and update individualized behavior support programs within your scope of practice Analyze patient data and communicate progress and recommendations to the supervising LBA Provide training, guidance, and support to behavior technicians as assigned Collaborate with families and an interdisciplinary team to support meaningful outcomes for each child Educate and empower caregivers with practical strategies they can use at home Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient progress and services provided Participate in supervision, team meetings, and ongoing professional development

Who You Are:
