In this role, you'll provide support, encouragement, and guidance to adults experiencing mental health and/or substance use challenges while helping them build the skills needed to live more independently. Grandstone and Eastwood are two 8-bed Community Based Residential Facilities (CBRFs) that provide 24-hour care for adults in crisis. Our team creates a safe, recovery-focused environment where residents receive support with daily living skills, medication management, transportation, educational groups, and individualized recovery goals.
