Behavioral Health Tech - Assertive Community Treatment (ACT)

Full-Time Hourly Rate:

$18-$20 per hour Relocation assistance is available for this position. Temporary housing may also be available, please inquire within interview. SeaView Community Services is looking for a compassionate, reliable Behavioral Health Tech to join our Assertive Community Treatment (ACT) Team. In this role, you'll work directly with individuals facing mental health challenges—supporting their recovery, building independence, and creating brighter futures right here in our own community. This is more than just a job—it's an opportunity to make an impact where it matters most.

What You'll Do:

Offer respectful, non-judgmental support to people experiencing mental health and substance use challenges Support clients in building daily living skills and creating individualized goals Help promote healthy routines Encourage participation in community activities and social connections Partner with clinical team members to coordinate care Participate in ongoing training and professional development
