•8:00 PM Client Care Continuum (CCC Health) and The Pink Berets are seeking a compassionate, dependable Behavioral Health Technician to support veterans in a residential treatment environment. The ideal candidate is calm under pressure, maintains professional boundaries, and is committed to providing trauma-informed, person-centered care. Responsibilities Monitor client safety and well-being throughout each shift. Conduct routine safety checks and provide support to residents. Accurately document observations, client interactions, and significant events. Communicate effectively with the clinical team regarding client needs and concerns. Assist in maintaining a structured, safe, and therapeutic environment. Encourage appropriate participation in programming and daily activities. Follow all Client Care Continuum policies, procedures, and confidentiality requirements. Qualifications High school diploma or GED required. Experience in behavioral health, substance use treatment, residential care, healthcare, or a related field is preferred but not required. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to remain calm, professional, and dependable in a fast-paced environment. Must be able to pass required background screening and meet employment requirements. Why Join Our Team?
