You'll ensure smooth operations, quality medication management, and clinical problem-solving. Every day you will provide basic medication triage, support services, and take vital signs for behavioral health patients. You'll manage front office reception, patient registration, insurance/copay processing, and telephones, while also handling back office tasks like refill requests, injections, and accurate EHR documentation. To be successful, you need strong multitasking, meticulous attention to detail, and a rapid ability to learn complex information accurately. Exceptional customer service, calm under pressure, EHR proficiency, and strict confidentiality are essential, along with flexibility to float. Communication Utilizes effective, healthy verbal and non-verbal communication Identifies self and role to others in a professional manner. Ensures that communication in the presence of the patient is patient-related Notifies the RN of abnormal vital signs, I & Os, or changes in the patient condition.
